ZooBC is building in the open. What you see here is current and honest, but it is not finished: read it as where we are today, not as a final statement.

Between now and MainNet, things will change: wording, structure, images, and figures. Some pages are placeholders.

The wider ZooBC ecosystem arrives in stages. The wallet, the explorer, and the community channels each come online as MainNet approaches, and this site grows alongside them.

If something reads wrong, looks broken, or seems misleading, tell us. Feedback now is worth more to us than a polished launch later.

Additional languages will be enabled after the site is complete.

TestNet only. A faucet gives away coins that carry no value, so there is no MainNet equivalent and there will not be one.

01 / WHAT IT GIVES

Test coins, and nothing else

The faucet pays a small amount of ZBC to an address you name, so you can try a transaction without buying anything. It is a server holding a funded key: it validates the address, signs, and submits, which is why it lives on the gateway rather than running in your browser.

Test coins carry no value. The TestNet chain is relaunched from time to time, and balances do not survive that. Nothing on it is a claim about MainNet.

02 / HOW MUCH

Halving, per address and per source

The payout halves with each prior grant to the same address, and also with each prior grant from the same source IP, so a fleet behind one egress address shares a single ladder. Ask for what you need and leave the rest for later.

The live figures, including the faucet balance and the current rungs, come from /faucet/stats on the gateway.

03 / NO MAINNET FAUCET

There will not be one

A faucet gives away coins that carry no value, which is exactly what makes it useful on a test network and impossible on a real one. MainNet opens on 14 February 2027 and will have no faucet; ZBC there comes from the genesis supporter sale or from running a node and earning block rewards.
