Explorers turn network activity into an account another person can verify. They establish the responding network's current height, trace the exact block, transaction, account, movement, registry entry, or release behind a claim, retain the primary identifier, and state when the observation was made.

## Working distinctions

- A transaction is a signed action submitted by an account.
- A movement is a chain-created balance change such as a reward, vesting release, or refund.
- Explorer data describes current testnet state.
- Tokenomics describes the published economic model.
- The Roadmap describes intended milestones, not proof of completed work.
- A release record does not prove a local file matches until that exact file is hashed.

If the Explorer or API is unreachable, stale, or inconsistent, report the data as unavailable. Do not turn missing data into zero activity.

## Investigation method

1. Confirm the service is answering and record height and time.
2. State the exact claim being tested.
3. Capture the hash, height, address, token ID, node key, or file fingerprint.
4. Explain what the record proves and what remains interpretation.
